| Bal-A-Vis-X is a series of Balance/ Auditory/ Vision exercises, of varied complexity, most of which are deeply rooted in rhythm. These exercises require full-body coordination and focused attention. The program utilizes sand-filled bags, racquetballs and balance boards. It demands cooperation, promotes self-challenge, and foster peer teaching. It is school friendly and just plain fun. Mr. Bill Hubert has taught Kindergarten through University for 35 years. Has been developing BAVX for 25 years. Has been awarded with the Avery Hopwood/ Good Apple Award/ Extra Effort Award for his association with children with learning difficulties. |
